We offer 3 courses:
- Basic course for prospective real estate agents in Switzerland
- Professional course for prospective luxury real estate agents (worldwide)
- Elite sales course for luxury real estate agents (worldwide)
Course durations vary, typically ranging from 6 months to 18 months, depending on the program.
No prior knowledge is required for the basic course. For the professional course, you must pass the entrance examination or already have professional experience.
A good knowledge of English is required as the courses are taught in English but also in German. We use simultaneous translation tools wherever possible.
Yes, we work online to give you the flexibility you need.
Every 14 days on a Saturday morning, there will be an online Q&A session on the topic.
Yes, students receive a certification upon successful completion of their chosen course.
Our training is very practical. You will be able to gain practical experience quite early on in your training. We believe that knowledge is valuable – but applied knowledge is much more powerful.
You should plan on spending about 2-4 hours per week on this – depending on the topic, it could be 2 hours more.
The price of the training is in line with other training institutions in the industry, although with our training you have a great opportunity to recoup your investment through sales while you are still training.
