Swiss Property & Easement Law
With more than 35 years in Swiss land registry practice, Prof. Pfäffli is a recognised authority in property and easement law. As a professor, notary and former managing head of the Land Registry Office Oberland, he combines exceptional legal expertise with decades of practical experience in Swiss real estate law.

Prof. Kühne is an internationally recognised scholar in German, European and international criminal law, criminal procedure and criminology. Prof. Guy Lafranchi
Architecture & Experimental Design
Internationally active architect and design researcher with experience in Switzerland, Sweden and New York. He has collaborated with Lebbeus Woods since 1995 and has served as Director of RIEA, the Swiss branch of the Research Institute for Experimental Architecture, since 2006.

Hannes Schmid is one of Switzerland’s most acclaimed photographers and visual storytellers. His internationally recognised work ranges from iconic Marlboro campaigns and portraits of rock legends to fashion, documentary photography and major humanitarian projects, giving students exceptional insight into visual communication, storytelling and the creation of powerful images.
Thomas Schweizer
Building Contaminants
Thomas Schweizer is a certified building-contaminant diagnostician with extensive practical experience in asbestos and hazardous-material investigations, remediation planning and specialist construction supervision. His expertise helps students recognise environmental and health risks in existing buildings and understand how such issues affect renovation, transactions and property assessment.
Harald Siegrist
Building Physics & Energy Efficiency
Harald Siegrist is a building physicist and certified thermography specialist with extensive experience in building diagnostics, airtightness testing, thermal assessments and energy efficiency.
